Troubleshooting & Filter Tips
Missing New Photos: If your camera is transmitting but new photos are not appearing in your feed, check for an active filter icon. Reset your filters to ensure a filter criteria is not hiding recent activity.
Empty Tag Category: The Tag filter only displays options if you have previously tagged individual images. If no tags have been created, this category will appear empty.
Filter Options Not Saving: Ensure your mobile device has a strong cellular connection or Wi-Fi signal when saving filter changes to properly update your account log.
