Defend 360: Power & Charging Guide
The Defend 360 is designed with flexible power options to ensure continuous, reliable operation in any environment.
Power Sources
- Internal Battery: A high-capacity 10,000 mAh rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery pack (included).
- Solar Panel: A 6.6V solar panel (included) that connects via the USB-C port to provide constant charging during daylight hours.
How to Charge the Camera
The battery is designed to be charged in-place without needing to be removed.
- Locate the USB-C Port: This port is used for both charging and connecting the solar panel.
- Connect Power: Plug either the included solar panel or a compatible USB-C power adapter (5V, 1.5A recommended for standard charging) into the port.
- Power Switch: The main On/Off switch is located in the same protected port area for convenient access.
Note: The battery pack cover is secured with a Phillips-head screw. You do not need to open this cover for routine charging. However if you need to access the battery itself you can remove the cover with a Phillips-head screwdriver and remove the battery. There is a USB-C port on the battery as well.
