How to Request HD Photo and Video

Here are instructions on how to request HD Photo and/or HD Video in the app.

1. Click on the Event Log on the bottom of the screen. 
2. Choose the three dots on the right-hand side of the photo.
3. Under Photo Options choose HD Photo Request or HD Video Request
4. You will get a prompt to purchase a $5 charge for an HD Media Bucket.
   
   1. If you have the PLUS plan, you will not be charged separately for HD Media. To enable this plan, go to Account>Plan> Plus Add On and toggle this ON. 
5. Click OK
6. At your camera's next Check-In, the HD photo or video will show up in your Vault.
   1. To access your Vault go to the Home page, click on the three lines in the upper left corner, select Vault, and select HD Photos or Videos.
