4. Scroll down the options below "Camera" to locate "Change Device Settings" and tap the button
5. Now in the Camera Settings page, you can alter your settings to whatever best fits your needs. (Make sure after changing any settings you tap the "Save and Apply" button at the bottom of the Camera Settings page.)
The different settings available are:
- Record Video
- Motion Detection
- Motion Sensitivity
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Check-In Frequency
- Instant
- Hybrid
- Send Check-In Picture
- Motion Schedule
- Power Type
- Alkaline
- NI-MH
- Lithium
- Lithium Cartridge
Check-in Picture: Check-in pictures are not designated as such in the app, and will appear to be a false trigger.
This setting is recommended for low-traffic areas, where you may go days without receiving a picture to ensure that your camera is still taking/sending photos as it should.
Check-In Frequency: If the Check-In Frequency is set to Hybrid the camera checks for settings changes made in the app during daily check-ins and for 5 minutes after a motion trigger. The camera connection is off the remaining time to conserve battery. If set to Instant the camera changes its settings within minutes of being adjusted in the app. Requesting On-Demand photos requires the camera to be in instant mode.
