- Step 1: Select a carrier in the App: During the initial setup in the Tactacam Reveal app, you’ll be prompted to select your network provider. Be sure to choose the carrier with the best coverage in the area where your camera will be placed. The app will then walk you through the rest of the setup process.
- Step 2: Change Network on the Camera:
- Power on your REVEAL X-Pro camera.
- Navigate to the menu and locate the "QR Code" option. Press the Enter button to select it.
- Scroll down within the QR Code menu until you find "Network Selection" and press Enter.
- Select the network that you chose in the Tactacam Reveal app (either "ATT" or "Verizon").
- The camera will automatically restart after the network has been selected.
Switching Networks After Initial Setup (Verizon to AT&T or AT&T to Verizon):
