Plan Set up: "No Plan"

If you see a red "No Plan" message in your Tactacam REVEAL app, it means you need to select a data plan for your cameras. To resolve this, follow the link on the app or visit account.revealcellcam.com, log in, choose a plan, and enter payment details. After payment, activate your camera in the app by adding a new camera, scanning the QR code, and ensuring connectivity. iOS users must manage subscriptions via the web portal due to Apple's policies. Instructional videos are available for both iPhone and Android users to assist with setup. Contact support if needed.

 

Steps to Set Up Your Data Plan and Activate Your Camera:

  1. Navigate to Plan Selection: Tap the "Click Here" link within the red "No Plan" message in the app. This will redirect you to your account on our web portal. Alternatively, you can directly visit account.revealcellcam.com in your web browser.
  2. Log In: Log in to your Tactacam REVEAL account.
  3. Choose Your Plan: Select the data plan that best suits your needs for your cameras.
  4. Enter Payment Information: Provide your payment details or choose to pay with your existing card ending in xxxx.
  5. Activate Your Camera(s) in the App: Once your plan is successfully paid for, you can now activate your camera(s) within the mobile app:
    • Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of the app's home screen.
    • Select + Add New Camera.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to select your camera model and tap Continue.
    • Scan the QR code located inside the door of your camera.
    • Allow a few minutes for the camera to connect to a cellular signal.
    • After the camera connects, press the test button on the camera to capture and send a test photo, ensuring it's functioning correctly.
  6. Camera Setup Complete: Once you receive the test photo, your camera is activated and ready to be placed in your desired location.

Important Note for iOS Users: Due to Apple's app store policies, iOS users must manage their subscription plans and payment information outside of the mobile app by visiting account.revealcellcam.com in a web browser. After setting up your plan on the web portal, you can then proceed with camera activation within the app as described in step 5 above.
