- Size: We recommend a 16GB or 32GB capacity.
- Recommended Brands: SanDisk®, Lexar®, and Tactacam™.
- Insertion: Locate the SD card slot (refer to your camera's anatomy guide if needed) and gently insert the SD card until it clicks into place.
Important Note: If an SD card is present and functioning correctly, your camera will prioritize writing photos and videos to the SD card first. If the SD card is full, the camera will utilize its internal memory. The "loop recording" function (overwriting oldest files when full) applies to the SD card if inserted; otherwise, it applies to the internal memory.
2. Install Batteries
Proper battery installation is crucial for your camera's operation.
- Battery Type: Your REVEAL 3.0 requires either 12 AA batteries or a REVEAL Lithium Cartridge.
- Ejecting Battery Tray: To remove the battery tray, press the EJECT button located on your REVEAL 3.0 camera.
- Inserting AA Batteries: When inserting AA batteries, pay close attention to the + and - orientation markings on both the front and back of the battery tray to ensure correct placement.
