Step-by-Step Instructions
How to Add a Tag to a Photo
Open the DEFEND app and select the photo you want to tag.
Scroll below the image to locate the Tags section.
Tap Add Tag.
Choose the specific tag name from the available options.
Tap Apply to attach the tag to your photo.
How to Remove a Tag from a Photo
Open the DEFEND app and select the photo containing the tag you wish to remove.
Tap Add Tag located directly below the image.
Select None from the tag options list.
Tap Apply to save the changes and remove the tag.
Troubleshooting & Tag Status Guide
Tag Not Saving: Ensure your mobile device has an active cellular signal or Wi-Fi connection. Changes made offline will not sync to the cloud.
Tag Appears Grayed Out: Check that your DEFEND app is updated to the latest version via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
