What is it?
- Pro Xtra is an optional add on plan for customers with the Pro Monthly or Yearly Plans
- Available on app versions 2.4.0 or higher
How much does it cost?
- Pro Xtra is just an additional $9 a month for your entire plan and covers all cameras active on your plan.
Is this a recurring charge?
- Yes, the moment it's activated it begins an auto-renewal and will charge you the following month on the same date.
Is there a Yearly Bundle?
- No, there are no annual bundles or annual billing cycles for this plan. It only works as a monthly recurring charge.
Can I sign up if I have the Intermediate or Starter Plan?
- No, this is currently only for the Pro plans

- On demand Photos*
- All multi-shot photos delivered to the app*
- *Not available on Gen 1 camera
How do I sign up?
- Go to your Account Icon in the bottom right
- Hit View Usage (Apple) or Manage Plan (Android)
- Under EXTRAS, turn on the Pro Xtra Add On
- Click ADD XTRA
Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel at any time, but canceling disables all unlocked features immediately in the account. No refund or credit is issued for the remainder of the month.
- If you choose to cancel and then turn back on, you will get charged the $9 and back on auto-renewal
- Go to the account icon
- Hit View Usage (Apple) Or Manage Plan (Android)
- Turn off the Pro XTRA and Click Yes to cancel
How do I take the On-Demand Photo?
- You will need to hit the camera icon in the upper right corner
- Choose the location of the camera
- Click the Picture Icon under the camera name
- Hit the photo icon in the upper right hand corner
- You will need to be in instant settings check for this to take effect. If you do not have that setting currently it will take you to the setting to change.
- The photo will process and show in your photo feed and in the camera’s photo feed.
How often can I request an On-Demand Photo?
- After taking an on-demand photo, the camera will “cooldown” for 60 seconds. The button will gray out and become available again once the 60 seconds completes.
Can I request a HD photo from the On-Demand Photo?
- Yes, you can request the HD Photo after it's sent to the app.
Can I request a HD video from the On-Demand Photo?
- No, HD video for on-demand is being worked on but isn't available on initial release of Pro Xtra
How do I get the Multi-Burst Photos?
- Go to the settings on the camera you would like to use this feature
- Turn Multi Shot send ON
- Then choose how many multi-shot and the interval between them
- Scroll to bottom and hit Apply Settings
