Billing (The Short Version)
- Your data plan is purchased from REVEAL by Tactacam, not Verizon, AT&T, or any other cell carrier. Setting Up Your Plan
- The billing cycle begins at the time of the first camera activation. Additional cameras added to the account will incur a separate, prorated amount which syncs new cameras to the original billing cycle.
- Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Billing (The Long Version)
General Billing
- All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. Payment must be received by REVEAL by Tactacam before any billable product or service is provided/activated. Customers are required to keep a valid credit/debit card on file to charge recurring monthly subscription fees.
- All customers must pay by credit/debit card.
- Customers are responsible for keeping all credit/debit card details and contact information current. This can be done online or in the app. See Instructions Here.
- All recurring subscriptions are automatically invoiced and charged to the credit/debit card on file.
- Invoice and payment receipts are sent to the email on the customer's account.
Billing Cycle
- Credit/Debit Card Billing: All credit/debit cards are automatically charged on the customer’s specific billing cycle date. If the credit/debit card is declined, REVEAL by Tactacam will attempt to charge the card on file up to 5 times over a 7-day grace period.
- The billing cycle begins at the time of the first camera activation. Additional cameras added to the account will incur a separate, prorated amount which syncs new cameras to the original billing cycle.
- Picture Count: Resets day of the month subscription began.
- Monthly data plans will renew every 30 days, on the day of the month the subscription begins.
- Yearly data plans will renew every 365 days. Credits and refunds for Yearly plan cancellations will incur a cancellation fee(s). The photo count will reset on the 1st of the month for the starter and intermediate yearly plans.
Fees
- Early cancellation fees will incur for deactivations occurring mid-billing cycle.
- Early cancellation fees will incur for each camera downgrade from Yearly to Monthly.
Payment Methods
REVEAL by Tactacam accepts payments via credit/debit card. Payment by any other means, such as by check or wire transfer, is not available. REVEAL by Tactacam currently accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit/debit cards.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be done by the customer in the app or web portal, or by contacting Support. Email requests to cancel do not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Cancellations will take effect on the last day of the billing period in which the cancellation request was received.
