    How do I fix the issue with my “camera check in” is in red and says 3 days. I have 2 cameras on this account both put out same day I have no issues with the other camera.

    I’m also having the same problem. SD, battery, and signal are all fine. Camera is “red” and stopped sending photos.

    Yes I’m dealing with same thing just bought camera yesterday 45 minute hike in get home no pics not even the test pics I took while I was there I had 2 bars of lte on my cell phone once I got up top where I put cam , sure feels like SPYPOINT all over again!

    Have waited a couple days already and have called and the automated tech can't resolve.

    SD Loop has been on for the life of Camera, finally just met its capacity,

    Camera hasn't check in within 3 days. 

    Yes, I can clear card, if I had 6 hours free to drive out..

    Automated tech already reset camera... What's a fix?

    gregwallace2885  Jesse Irwin The red clock is letting you know it has been over 24 hours since the camera has checked in with the server. At the check in time which typically happens at least once daily (depending on what your "Settings Check" is set to), your camera will update your app with current battery life, signal strength, SD storage level, and will also apply any settings changes you have made remotely via the app. 

    If your camera misses a check in for a day or two, that is not usually a cause for concern. The two main reasons cameras do not check in are low signal at time of scheduled check in and low battery life. I generally do not worry about my cameras missing a couple days of check ins, especially if I am still getting pictures. If I notice my camera hasn't updated in a few days and the battery level was down to 70% at the last check in, I am fairly certain the batteries died and I need to make a trip to the camera. 

    This feature was recently added to the app as a way to alert you when something on your camera may need to be checked.

    Tactacam Emily,
    I went and put new batteries in my camera. All 100% new out of box. Turned camera on. Completed tests, and without issue got the tests pretty quickly. That being said the service location is really good service. Both camera and phone sent and received extremely quickly.

    I set camera to ON, and it began taking photos. (I could see on the cameras display)

    I left the camera site after about an hour or so.

    None of the photos have come through.. and the app is still red without checking in. Can you force it from your side?

    I have this exact same issue as above stated. Everything worked fine til I left. Then nothing at all and when I try to connect with the reveal x/sk wifi. It tells me camera cannot be found.?? I'm frustrated at this point. I've driven a hour each time and 0 success yet.

    John I just a six hour round trip, and there's no luck of getting anyone on the phone to troubleshoot this in front of camera! And I know I'm not getting gas reimbursed haha.
    I've sold this camera to a lot of friends. Hopefully I don't get burned.

    I have to give credit where credit is due.

    I am eating my words, I was frustrated on what came of my camera and situation.

    Today I received a call from Tactacam Taylor, all I can say is what an essential part of Tactacam she is. Well done! You made my day! 

    Hope to have some new photos soon with the camera!

    Daniel Quintero what was the solution to your issue? I am having the same exact issue with one of my cameras. I was going to update the firmware on it and see if that fixes it before I bother the tactacam folks. I am hoping it is an easy fix so it would be nice to hear what your fix was.

    I also have another camera with up-to-date firmware that seemed to be working perfectly just a week ago, I was getting numerous pictures a day of critters (unlimited plan). but now I’m worried because I am only receiving the two check in pictures every day, and I see numerous raccoons in the check in pictures but not receiving real time pictures of those same critters when just last week when it seemed to be working properly I was getting numerous pics of those same raccoons. Oh well, I am going to get all cameras firmware updated that don’t have up to date firmware, and then see what issues I still have after that and try to get everything resolved at once. But it would still be nice to know your resolution.

    I will say the tactacam ladies were very responsive with another minor issue I had with another camera.

    Hello. My cameras keep saying cant load ur plan at this time. I'm going out of state next week and I need my cameras working so I can set them up on my hunting property! What is the answer? I hear it's a Verizon problem but its ur problem because I purchased the cameras on your statement they work with Verizon. I need this RESOLVED ASAP

    Hello. I’ve got the same problem as everyone else above. Haven’t received any pics in 2 days and says it’s been 2 days since last check in. Any help here would be awesome with deer season starting this weekend

    Issue #1: my camera stopped checking in (red banner). Automated tech reset camera, but no luck. I had to drive back 9 hours to physically turn off and on cam. Working now.
    Issue #2: Request of HD pics does not work. I have requested over 20 HD pics in the last five days, but so far only received 2 pics.
    Please help!! I want to speak to a human being, not a robot. I have sent several emails, but no one has replied.

    I don’t have anything in red or green except the first icon, photos. Everything else is white! I took a test picture and it sent, so I assumed it was working but it’s not. It’s been over 24 hrs and nothing is showing up. Please help me!! Thank you
