How to Change Plan Type

Important Considerations Before Changing Your Plan:

  • App Version: If you don't see the options described below, please update your REVEAL app to the latest version.
  • Monthly/Yearly Swaps (App Only): To switch between monthly and yearly plans (or vice versa) using the app, you'll need to delete the camera from your account and then reactivate it by scanning the QR code and selecting your desired plan.   • Data Usage: We recommend changing your plan closer to your billing cycle. Unused data from your previous plan is not refunded.
  • Downgrading Plans: If you downgrade from a yearly to a monthly plan, you will be responsible for the new monthly plan immediately.

Changing Your Plan Type from the App

ANDROID Users:

  1. Tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap Account at the top of the screen.
  3. Under Plan Type, tap on your current plan.
  4. Tap Change Plan Type. You will be redirected to the web portal.
  5. Log in at account.revealcellcam.com using your Reveal email and password.
  6. Under Account, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select, Change Plan Type.
  7. Choose the plan of your choice. It will highlight gray and the border will be green.
  8. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Pay with Card XXXX.
  9. Tap YES to confirm.

 

iPhone Users:

  1. Tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap Account at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Reveal Web to open the secure web portal. If prompted, confirm by tapping Continue to leave the app.
  4. Log in at https://account.revealcellcam.com/ using your Reveal email and password.
  5. Tap the three lines on the top left corner to access the menu.
  6. Tap the Account icon.
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Change Plan Type.
  8. Choose the plan of your choice. It will highlight gray and the border will be green.
  9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Pay with Card XXXX. 
  10. Confirm the new plan by tapping YES.

 

Changing your Plan from your Computer (Web Portal): 

  1. Go to the web portal, account.revealcellcam.com
  2. Log in using your REVEAL email and password.
  3. Tap the Account icon on the left side of the screen.
  4. Under Plan, tap Change Plan Type.
  5. Choose the data plan you'd like to switch to. The box will turn gray and a green border will appear once it's selected.
  6. Tap Pay with Card Ending in xxxx.
