Please note: This feature is not available for Gen 1 REVEAL cameras.
- From the app's home screen, select Cameras at the bottom.
- Choose the camera you want to format.
- On the Camera Information page, scroll to the bottom and tap Format Camera Memory.
- A pop-up will appear. Tap the green button labeled Format Camera Storage.
Formatting Memory Directly on Your Camera
The steps for formatting on the camera vary by model:

For the Gen 1 REVEAL:
- Put the camera in setup mode.
- Press the up arrow.
- Press the menu button.

For the REVEAL X, XB, SK, X2.0, X3.0:
- Connect to the camera's Wi-Fi.
- Important: You must have the camera in hand to do this; remote Wi-Fi connection for formatting isn't supported.

- Power on your camera.
- Press the right arrow to enter the Menu.
- Arrow right to navigate to General.
