**Android Phones have a higher security settings due to the Tactacam App being a 3rd party App.
Some Android devices are also requiring you to turn off your cellular data to be able to use the App.
Google Pixel Phone:
- Go into settings
- Go to application and notification
- Look for the Tactacam App
- Click on the App
- Locate Permissions make sure Storage and Location is turned ON
And/Or
- When connecting to the Tactacam WiFi a Pop down menu will appear
- Click on the pop down Menu make sure to agree to it.
- After disconnecting from the Tactacam you will want to forget the network
Samsung Galaxy Phones:
- Go into your settings
- Go into Connections
- Phone Visibility has to be on
- Go to Application
- Find the Tactacam App
- Make sure your permissions are turned on (storage and Location)
- Find the Tactacam App
Motorola Phones
- When you first connect to the Tactacam a drop down menu will appear
- It will say "This network has no internet connections"
- You want to make sure this appears every time, Click on yes
- If you have already clicked on the box, You will have to re-set your network settings.
