How to Request an On-Demand Photo or Video

Please note: In order to request an On-Demand Photo or Video you must have purchased the PLUS plan. To do this on your app, go to Account>Plan>PLUS Add On (you must toggle ON)

To request an On-Demand Photo or Video

1. Select Cameras at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the Location of your camera
3. Select your Camera
4. Make sure your Check-In Frequency is set to Instant (you will find this in the Camera Settings)
   • For On-Demand Videos please make sure that your Camera is set to Record Video (you will find this in your Camera Settings)
5. Select Request an On-Demand Photo or Request an On-Demand Video 
6. You will find your On-Demand Photo in the Event Log or Camera Media tab.
7. You will find your On-Demand Video in your Video Vault. To access this
   1. From the home screen of your app, press the three black lines in the upper left-hand corner.
   2. Select Vault
   3. Select Videos
