“No Plan”
When you see the “No Plan” message in red at the top of the screen, it simply means that you have not completed the setup process yet or need to choose a plan after successfully suspending/deactivating all of the cameras on your account.
Please follow the steps below to set up your data plan and activate your camera:
1. Click the "Click Here" in the red message.
2. Log in to your account at account.revealcellcam.com
3. Select the plan you would like for your cameras.
4. Enter payment method information OR pay with card ending in xxxx.
5. Once the plan is paid for you can now activate a camera within the app by scanning the QR code.
6. Simply select the three lines in the upper left-hand corner
7. Select the + Add New Camera
8. Follow the prompts and scan the QR code.
9. Allow the camera to lock onto signal and then press test to take a test photo.
10. Once you have received the test photo you are all set and can place your camera in the preferred location.
For iOS users: This will have to be completed outside of the app
1. You must go to account.revealcellcam.com to make any changes to your plan and payment information.
2. Select the plan you would like for your cameras.
3. Enter payment method information OR pay with card ending in xxxx.
4. Once the plan is paid for you can now activate a camera within the app by scanning the QR code.
5. Simply select the three lines in the upper left-hand corner
6. Select the + Add New Camera
7. Follow the prompts and scan the QR code.
8. Allow the camera to lock onto signal and then press test on the camera to take a test photo.
9. Once you have received the test photo you are all set and can place your camera in the preferred location.
