REVEAL App: How to have Yearly and Monthly subscriptions under one account

One of the new features of the REVEAL App, is that you can now have a monthly and yearly subscription on the same account. They do have to be on the same plan, i.e., pro monthly and pro yearly on the account. You can not combine starter, intermediate, or pro plans on the same account.

To change a camera(s) to the opposite plan they are on now, you need to follow a few steps. You will first need to go to your account and purchase the plan you don't have.  For example, if all of your cameras are on Pro Yearly, you will need to purchase the Pro Monthly subscription as well.

You will need to go to https://account.revealcellcam.com/ and do the following steps:

1. Go to the Account icon
2. Under Plan Type choose the plan you are currently on 
3. Then select the one you need and purchase the subscription.

Once your subscription purchase is complete, you will need to Delete the camera from your app and add it back as a new camera.  When you do this, you will see the option to choose either the Yearly or Monthly subscription for that camera.
