If you want to pause your billing for the season, you can Suspend your camera in the Reveal app. You will only want to use the CANCEL SERVICE- Keep this Camera feature if you plan to leave your camera(s) out of service for at least 30 days. Please do not suspend your cameras if you are on a yearly data plan, as you have already prepaid for the year at the time of camera activation/plan sign-up.
To do this:
- Select the CAMERAS icon at the bottom of the home page
- Select the Camera Location
- Select one of the icons next to the camera name you are suspending
- Scroll down to select CAMERA ACTIONS
- Select CANCEL SERVICE-Keep this Camera
- Click on Cancel Service
- Confirm the Cancel Service on the next screen by typing Cancel in the box and hitting Cancel Service

Important for Xtra Users: If you have Xtra turned on when you cancel your plan you will need to go into the app and cancel the Xtra plan.
To do this; select the account icon, select PLAN, scroll down to Xtra, and toggle to off.
Note: If you do not have the steps listed above, please update your app.
Once your camera(s) have been suspended you will not be charged again until you renew. In addition, your plan benefits are still valid until the end of the billing period allowing you to get the most use out of your data plan and camera(s).
