What is it?
- Xtra is an optional add-on plan for customers with all plans
- Available on app versions 3.0 or newer
How much does it cost?
- Xtra is an additional $9 a month for your entire plan and covers all cameras active on your plan. This fee is not per individual camera.
Is this a recurring charge?
- Yes, the moment it's activated it begins an auto-renewal and will charge you the following month on the same date.
Is there a Yearly Bundle?
- No, there are no annual bundles or annual billing cycles for this plan. It only works as a monthly recurring charge.
Can I sign up if I have the Intermediate or Starter Plan?
- Yes, it is available for all plans.

How do I sign up?
- Go to your Account Icon in the bottom right
- Select Plan
- Toggle the Xtra Add-on to the On-Position
Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel at any time, but canceling disables all unlocked features immediately in the account. No refund or credit is issued for the remainder of the month.
- If you choose to cancel and then turn it back on, you will get charged the $9 and back on auto-renewal
- Go to the Account icon
- Select Plan
- Toggle the Xtra Add-on to Off
- Confirm by selecting Yes
How do I take the On-Demand Photo?
- Go to the Navigation Menu in the upper left corner
- Select Cameras
- Select Location of Camera
- Click on the Camera of the one you would like the photo from
- Click Take on Demand Photo
- You will need to be in instant settings check for this to take effect. If you do not have that setting currently, it will take you to the setting to change.
- The photo will process and show in your photo feed and in the camera’s photo feed

How often can I request an On-Demand Photo?
- After taking an on-demand photo, the camera will “cool down” for 60 seconds. The button will gray out and become available again once the 60 seconds is complete.
Can I request an HD photo from the On-Demand Photo?
- Yes, you can request the HD Photo after it's sent to the app.
Can I request an HD video On-Demand ?
- Yes, HD video for on-demand is now available on the Pro 3 only and you request the same as you do for the on-demand picture.
How do I get the Multi-Burst Photos?
- Go to the settings on the camera you would like to use this feature on
- Turn Multi Shot send ON
- Then choose how many multi-shots and the interval between them
- Scroll to the bottom and hit Apply Settings
