Reveal App: How to Reactivate your Camera

Follow the steps below to reactivate your camera(s) in the REVEAL App:

(If you do not have the options shown in the pictures below, please update your REVEAL app to the 4.0.0 Version or newer) 

1. On the home page, select the Camera icon at the bottom
2. Click on the Camera Location name
3. Click on the battery or signal icon next to the Camera name
4. Select Camera Actions
5. Scroll down and select 'Resume Camera Service'
6. Select 'Yes' to reactivate camera

If you need to reactivate specific cameras but are unsure which is which, here are two methods you can try:

1. Scan the QR code on each camera using your phone's camera. It will display the IMEI-ICCID, which you can match with the IMEI-ICCID in the app's settings.
2. Alternatively, you can remove the SIM card from each camera individually and check the last 5 numbers of the SIM against the numbers displayed in the app.

To access camera details, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Cameras" icon at the bottom of your Home screen
2. Click on the Camera Location name
3. Click on the battery or signal icon next to the Camera name
4. Scroll down and select 'Device Info'
5. Match the ICCID or IMEI of each camera with the information displayed there.
