    I have requested multiple HD photos and have not received any. Is this a known issue?

    My camera is pointing at the ceiling and just taking pictures what’s up with that. I had it Putin the field and it was taking pictures every minute. Can you help

    When do you get charged for HD photos?  Do you get charged for 1 or 2 photos if it is the end of the monthly cycle?  Or does it wait until you have 50 before you get charged the $5.

    Currently, HD download is only supported on the Reveal X and Gen 1 Reveal with the most recent firmware (ends in B506). To see how you can check your firmware version, follow the link below:

    There are a few reasons why HD images wont come through after you've requested them, most likely it is service related. 

    You can continue to request HD images and if they are unable to be sent to your app, they will not count against your 50 HD photos.

    Emily - thank you for the response. I have reveal x cameras. I have confirmed firmware is up to date and my signal is strong. Can we please look into this further?

    I have a camera that is taking pictures every minute. I have turned all settings off and it still sends. I’ve maybe had this camera almost a year. It was good until a month ago. Now it runs down the battery life because it’s snapping a pic every min. Please help

    Hello so I have been using this camera for about two weeks now and the camera sends me a notification that it has taking a picture but when I go into the app nothing new is there but the check in picture
