If you would like to pause your billing for the season, you can Suspend your camera in the Reveal app. You will only want to use the Suspend feature if you plan to leave your camera(s) out of service for at least 30 days. Please do not suspend your cameras if you are on a yearly data plan, as you have already prepaid for the year at the time of camera activation/plan sign up.
To do this:
- Click the camera icon at the Top of your Home Page in the Reveal app
- Select the Camera Location
- Select the Camera Name
- On the next page, Click the 3 green dots in the upper right hand corner
- Scroll down to select "Suspend"
