If you would like to pause your billing for the season, you can Suspend your camera in the Reveal app. You will only want to use the Suspend feature if you plan to leave your camera(s) out of service for at least 30 days. Please do not suspend your cameras if you are on a yearly data plan, as you have already prepaid for the year at the time of camera activation/plan sign-up.
To do this:
- Click the camera icon at the Top of your Home Page in the Reveal app
- Select the Camera Location
- Under the name of the Camera hit any of the icons beside the picture icon
- Scroll down to select 'Cancel Camera Service'
- Select 'Keep Camera' (This will cancel the plan, but keep the camera attached to the account for easier reactivation)
- Next, you will select 'Cancel Service'
- Once you get the popup message you will type in 'Cancel' and then select 'Cancel Service'
- Once you've completed those steps your plan is now suspended and you will not be charged until you reactivate your camera.
