If you have an RMA camera, you will want to Remove the camera from your app. To do this, click the camera icon at the bottom of the screen, then click the camera location, the camera name, 3 green dots in the upper right hand corner, then scroll down to Support. Then click Remove. This will then transfer the data over to your new camera when you scan it in.
If you want to suspend your current camera and reactivate at a later date, please go to camera details and click on suspend. When you are ready to reactivate your camera, go back to the camera in your app and click REACTIVATE.
- Please keep in mind that if you suspend all of your cameras, you will still receive a monthly invoice for zero dollars
- The suspend feature is just made for people who don't want to have to go through the entire activation process again but want to disconnect their camera from billing for any period that will be over 30 days long. Otherwise if you suspend the camera in the middle of a billing cycle it will recharge you for the data plan.
If you want to permanently remove a camera from your account that is when you click on DEACTIVATE in your app. If you deactivate all of your cameras it will reset your account to Zero cameras.
To do either of these, you will click the camera icon at the bottom of the screen, click the camera location, camera name, and then 3 green dots in the upper right hand corner. From there, you will scroll down to either click Suspend or Deactivate.
